Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Tiger Paws account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused sports equipment back into its original box with all tags attached to ensure it stays protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
